This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions and CE Symmetry and Hospital Quality Foundation. Participation Requirements
  • Review the CME/CE Information content
  • View the video content or complete the patient simulation
  • Complete the program specific Post Activity Assessment and Evaluation form. You can then download your CME credit statement unless your request is for ACPE credit. Pharmacy Credits will be submitted once your attendance, NABP# and birthdate (MM/DD) have been verified.
